1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products from The Soul Success. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products & delivery
All products are digital (ebooks, courses, templates, audio, worksheets, bundles). Files are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. You will also receive access via your Library and a download link. Delivery is normally instant.
3. Pricing, currency & payment
Prices are displayed in multiple currencies for convenience; the final charge is processed in US Dollars (USD) via Stripe. Applied exchange rates are indicative. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Licence & permitted use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the files, in whole or in part, without written permission. Bundles licensed for teams will state so explicitly.
5. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. If a file is defective or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at business@thesoulsuccess.com and we will resolve it in good faith.
6. Account & conduct
You agree not to attempt to circumvent security, access files you did not purchase, or misuse the service. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Intellectual property
All content, artwork and text remain the intellectual property of The Soul Success. No ownership is transferred by purchase.
8. Limitation of liability
Products are provided for educational and personal-growth purposes. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Educational content is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled in good faith before any formal action.
